PREP
Remove any nail polish and trim down natural nails. Wash hands thoroughly with soap. Buff the nail gently using the nail file and push back cuticles with the wooden stick. Wipe each nail using the alcohol wipe provided. Select correct size nail for each finger and set aside in order.
ADHESIVE TAB APPLICATION (Temporary Wear)
- Apply adhesive tab to artificial nail, press & smooth; peel off film.
- Align artificial nail with cuticle and press down firmly starting in the middle, then each side.
GLUE APPLICATION (Up to 14 Day Wear)
- Apply a thin layer of glue to back of artificial nail.
- Apply a small dot of glue to natural nail. - Align with cuticle, gently press on & hold for 15 seconds.
PRO TIPS
- Avoid contact with water for the first hour.
- Apply enough glue to avoid air pockets, secure properly, and extend wear time.
- Immediately wipe off excess glue if over-gluing occurs.

Each press-on manicure kit comes complete with 24 nails and 12 sizes to ensure the perfect fit for each fingernail. To ensure you've selected the right size nail, press the artificial nail down all the way over your natural nail before you apply the glue. If the nail doesn't quite cover your nail bed, select a different size nail.

Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10 minutes. Carefully lift the sides of the artificial nail and remove it fully. If the nail is still on strong, soak for another 2-3 minutes.

No worries babe! If some nails are coming off before others, it is usually because the glue application to each nail was not consistent. Simply add more glue to your natural nail and a dot to the back of the artificial nail then re-apply it.

Yes! NANA nails can be applied multiple times. The average total wear time is around 21-23 days. This means you can get 2-3 applications depending on your application wear times. After each nail removal, you'll want to gently buff the underside of the nails to smooth out any excess glue. This will help create a better surface for re-application.

Absolutely! We are not the typical press-on nail brand that is made from thin and flimsy plastic. Each NANA set is created using a unique production process to create high quality and super durable nails. You can feel confident while performing your daily tasks without worrying about a break or split!

NANA nails are super light and ultra comfortable to wear. The thickness of the press-on nails match the thickness of your natural nail, but feel stronger and more durable.

Most definitely babe! Your natural nails underneath your NANA press-ons are perfectly safe. The nail glue is non damaging will not cause any damage to your natural nails.

To ensure a healthy natural nail, please ensure proper prep and application. Recommended wear time is 7-14 days. Anything longer than 14 days can increase chances of water becoming trapped in between the artificial nail and adhesive, causing bacteria growth. To ensure this doesn’t happen, once the nails begin to lift, follow the removal procedures. You can reapply the nails, just ensure your natural nail and the artificial nail are clean and properly prepared for reapplication.

All orders are shipped by USPS. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

- STANDARD: 3-5 Business Day Transit Time

- PRIORITY: 2-3 Business Day Transit Time

Estimated shipping timeframes begin once orders ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Timeframes above are only estimates. To verify if package will arrive within a certain timeframe please contact us.

Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow at least 48 business hours to process and ship your order.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

NANA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

No worries babe! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to make changes/modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details contact us immediately at nananail94168@gmail.com or by completing the contact us form.
If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. USPS does not allow us to change or update addresses mid transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly to see if they can possibly reroute your package once it arrives to the original destination.
